Shaun LyncH, PRIncipal
With a Masters of Architecture from the San Diego New School of Architecture & Design and over 15-years of applied professional industry experience, Shaun has a well rounded background and passion for Architecture & Design.
Before founding Evoke Design Studio, Shaun was Project Manager & Designer at DMHA Architecture & Interior Design where he learned the-ins and-outs of the local Planning & Entitlement process as well as how to navigate Santa Barbara’s Design Review & Building Guidelines. With this experience Shaun has fostered long standing, positive professional relationships with local planning and building officials. .
Shaun’s design focus is on modern architecture but, as a native of Santa Barbara he also has a deep appreciation and understanding of traditional Spanish Colonial Architecture. When Shaun is not in the office, he enjoys surfing, hiking, and photography.
MEGHAN HART LYNCH, PRINCIPAL
Over the last 10-years Meghan has developed an intimate knowledge of the Santa Barbara Real Estate, Development, Design, & Construction Industry by providing all encompassing Management & Operational Support to two successful Real Estate Development Firms.
This experience provides Meghan with an applied understanding of all aspects of the development process from property acquisition, financing, due diligence, design development, to hands on project management. Meghan is also a licensed Realtor who has participated in over $52M in cumulative Real Estate transactions (CalDRE# 01961603).
In addition to her analytical skills, Meghan is a natural born artist with an eye for design across the spectrum of architecture, interiors, and fine art. Meghan has showcased her artwork both nationally and locally, plus, she has completed multiple mural installations in Santa Barbara County. Meghan is a passionate about the built environment’s effect on one’s living experience and is dedicated to leveraging aesthetics to design functional spaces that inspire creativity and evoke positive well being.
